The kinematic linkages and structures for both the landing gear and the flight controls were designed via more traditional calculation methods.

Spreadsheets and solvers were used to determine the optimum linkage motion and then iterated with CAD solid modeling to fine tune the systems.

Stress calculations were performed by traditional stress analysis techniques.
