The Dutch Summer Championships 2011 were held at Malden, the Netherlands, from July 18th to July 24th 2011.
This is a qualification competition for the Dutch Nationals 2012. Maarten Baltussen (NL) flew in a JS1 Revelation.
The weather was not really in favour of this competition – however the Competition Director was able to achieve the minimum requirement of three competition days.
Maarten won the first day, completing a 109km racing task with a speed of 89.2km/h.
On the second and third days Maarten scored seventh and third which gave him a second position overall.
